Looking for a part in our yard? We’ve organized the yard for your convenience and easy navigation. We like to keep things simple at Fenix U-Pull. Customer safety comes first. We do have a simple set of rules to follow at our yard for your safety and for the safety of those around you.
The Fenix U-Pull Process
Step 1:
Bring Your Own Tools
Due to a limited number of tools for rent or purchase, we ask that you please bring your own tools.
Step 2:
Pay Admission Fee – Only $2
We keep our admission fee low. This is one of the many ways we help you save at Fenix U-Pull. For your safety, all persons entering our U-Pull yard must be at least 18 years of age.
Step 3:
Pull Your Own Parts
Quality, cleanliness and a safe atmosphere are our top priorities. This allows us to provide our customers with the best U-Pull auto yard around.
Step 4:
Pay Cashier
Enjoy huge savings by avoiding other sellers’ up-charges. Check out how much you can save by pulling your own parts.
Step 5:
Leave Happy!
We offer a free 7-day warranty on all parts sold. We also have a 6-month extended warranty available (some exclusions may apply).
NOT allowed in yard:
No Jacks
Our vehicles are placed on wheel stands allowing access to the underside of the car. These are safer than jacks.
No Cutting Torches, Grinders and or Cutting Wheels
Customers are not permitted to bring any of the above cutting devices into the yard. Reciprocating saws are acceptable.
No Sandals or Open-toed Shoes
For your own protection in our yard, we require regular shoes or boots to be worn at all times to protect your feet against metal, glass and other objects.
No Alcoholic Beverages
Alcoholic beverages are forbidden on the premises. Fenix U-Pull reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone who in our judgment is impaired and represents a safety concern to themselves or others.
No Animals
No pets of any kind are allowed in the yard.
No Children
Nobody under the age of 18 is allowed in the yard.
We appreciate your compliance with the yard rules and encourage you to have fun and be safe during your visit to Fenix U-Pull.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the part you purchased, you can bring it back for an exchange or a refund. Refunds are offered on most parts with a 7-Day worry-free warranty. You must have a valid receipt, and the part must be marked. Be sure to have your parts marked after purchase, in case you need to return them.

What is a Self Serve Auto Parts Recycler?
Fenix U-Pull displays thousands of vehicles on stands, arranged in rows, and separated by manufacturer. Bring your own tools to remove the parts, drivetrain components or any other auto accessories you need to repair your car.
Why do you take all fluids out of the cars?
For the safety of our customers and to protect the environment, we reuse, resell or recycle all fluids, CFCs, batteries and mercury switches. Our concern for safety is unparalleled in the industry and our dedication to preserving the environment is one of the hallmarks of Fenix U-Pull.

Can I expect to find high-quality parts?
Most of the parts at Fenix U-Pull are the original equipment(OEM) the manufacturer installed when the car was built.
Why should I remove my own parts?
Fenix U-Pull believes that if you do all the work, you should benefit from all the savings! Our parts are sold at a fraction of what a dealer would charge and well below the cost of a traditional auto parts yard.
Will you remove my car or do I have to deliver it to you?
We can arrange towing for you; however, if you bring it to us we typically pay more for your unwanted auto.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day money-back refund policy on most parts, or 6 month extended warranty when purchased. We will either exchange your part or refund your money if the part does not work or fit properly. Part must be marked and accompanied with receipt

What is an interchange?
An interchange is a list of other years, makes, and models of cars that will have the same part you are looking for.
Can you interchange interior parts?
Interior parts are not available for interchange, but we would be happy to give you a body style of vehicles that may work for you.
How does an interchange benefit me?
If you can’t find the part you are looking for on the same car as yours, this may give you other vehicles you can pull the same part from.

Why is there a core price on some items?
The core price is an incentive for our customers to bring back their old parts so we can properly recycle them.
How long do I have to return my parts?
We offer a money-back refund policy on most parts. We will either exchange your part or refund your money if the part does not work or fit properly. The part must be clearly marked and be within its warranty period with receipt.
How long do I have to return my cores?
30 days with a receipt.
Accepted Payments
Fenix U-Pull accepts cash and Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. Sorry, but we cannot accept personal checks.
